What's Jason Newstead doing these days? Do you think he's okay with only getting And Justice and Black Album royalties?

Making shitty paintings and shitty songs
>Do you think he's okay with only getting And Justice and Black Album royalties?
No, I'm sure he's crying all over his Lamborghini

>No, I'm sure he's crying all over his Lamborghini
Mustaine is unironically doing this.

What kind of kid was Lars like

jej at Lars' kid growing up from this documentary and preferring Megadeth now
Hope he gets to meet Dave

lars was always in the right

he was unironically right about the riffs being stock

Gay tennis player.

retard eurotrash

this

that riff was trash

what was he thinking with those st anger drum sounds though??

True, but he doesn't know how to play polyrhythms to make a stock riff sound interesting so he shouldn't have tried.

His drum sound was the only thing interesting about that shit album.

i think it was oscar the grouch that played drums instead that midget lars

But in his case it's because of the pain from his throat cancer.

his dad is a fucking mountain wizard.
watch what you say

>strong discplined northern character, yet very soft spoken and smart
>achieved highest posistions in junior tennis >well-rounded musician
>good freind

>Do you think he's okay with only getting And Justice and Black Album royalties?
He played in more records than just that one, user.
Black Album is 16 times platinum, and that's just in the U.S.
I'm 100% sure he's fine, financially I mean.

I think Jason really matched their aesthetic perfectly. His look, his stage presence, his bass tone, his backing cocals, the lines he played: they all synched up perfectly with Metallica's image at the time.

Trujillo never mixed well with the group for me. Jason was a great foil for James vocally.

Agree entirely up to a point. He was completely overshadowed by the ghost of Cliff. Cliff was the perfect one. If Cliff was never in Metallica, Jason would've been the perfect fit.

Jason was the perfect bassist for Metallica but they treated him like shit from the first day he joined. This is what he sounded like before.

I can't even imagine Lars drumming to something like this.

Being raped in the ass by Larshit's lawyers by no reason.

Yeah, seems like Kirk was the only guy who gave Jason any respect.

>good friend
>FRIEND OF LARS
>LARS OF ALL PEOPLE
I want to be a friend of a pinless grenade rather than this Danigger.

This. If they just would've let Cliff's ghost rest instead of holding it over the head of Jason.

does he not get royalties from the cunning stunts dvd?

Yes, even about Napster and music piracy
