Unironically better than Siamese Dream
Samuel Diaz
yeah, by a lot too. I don't think anyone here would disagree pumpkins is a much better band
Connor Lewis
I've only listened to Siamese Dream from these guys and it's alright I guess, but I don't really get the hype. I get that Billy poured a lot of blood, sweat and tears into it and I respect that, but I just don't enjoy it all that much.
Isaac Campbell
i disagree
Joshua Gonzalez
you're right. Negative Creep is unironically the pinnacle of rock music
Hunter James
Nah lol
Alexander Smith
correct
Cooper Brooks
So much better.
Tyler James
>Negative Creep is unironically the pinnacle of rock music
Of course it does, it's Kurt ripping off Mudhoney and trying to sound like Killing Joke while he's at it. Is Carlos Mencia the pinnacle of comedy for you?
Levi Edwards
I'm being sarcastic
>sarcasm is for women
Have sex
Jason Nguyen
its the only good thing that smashing pumpkins ever did so thats not saying much.
Nolan Smith
The fivehead on the left reminds me of that 140p video of the Brazilian squidbaby who slides across the floor.

Nirvana did was never better than SmashingP but they generated more hype due to muh emotions and 90s teenagers/young adults.
Cameron Torres
Billy is quite possibly the most cringe yet based musician of all time
Jackson Price
i think cobain resonated more with kids than corgan did. billy was always uptight and seemed kind of douchey. kurt seemed laid back and struck a chord with the jaded youth of the early 90s.

The weakest Smashing Pumpkins music is better than anything Nirvana did.

am I alone in liking Adore?
Camden Bell
Classical musician here, nirvana were better at writing catchy songs which is the only point of popular music. I would never listen to LCD music like nirvana or sp but nirvana is obviously better for the mode
Lucas Rogers
Pug is my jam. The original though, not the remastered version
Eli Scott
how many people actually like you?
Wyatt Wright
>Classical musician here
Gabriel Rivera
Come on man you're only here to pretend the smashing pumpkins are better because theyre less popular. We get it, you're different, I'm sure you prefer the beach boys to the Beatles too (maybe even the zombies!)
Owen Kelly
If billy had hair would the pumpkins have been bigger?
Eli Powell
Nirvana and SP were both huge commercially successful bands you zoomer
Caleb Martin
Without a doubt.
Joshua Stewart
Jazz musician here.
Music was better when Charlie Parker sold his saxophone for heroin.
Josiah Cruz
Nirvana was bigger than sp, if you were alive in the 90s you'd know that
John Rogers
Both bands are great, but Nirvana only had good catchy songs. The Pumpkins had catchy songs but also covered a wide range of styles and song structures.
Elijah Richardson
I remember first time i heard cherub rock. It was on Mtv really late. It was their 1st single i believe. It was an odd but artsy video.
Xavier Fisher
They are different. Nirvana was raw rage and isolation. The Smashing Pumpkins are more into dreams, nostalgia and regret.
Oliver Young
what do you think of this smashing pumpkins song? not a fan but i always liked it
youtube.com
Joshua Reed
Better than most Nirvana songs
Benjamin Stewart
...
Colton Butler
i disagree.

Noah Parker
smashing pumpkins barely counts as music, let alone good music
Samuel Wilson
No. If Billy Corgan died instead of Kurt Cobain they might have been.
Robert Richardson
Nirvana wrote surface-level alt rock songs. The Pumpkins went way deeper.
Ayden Stewart
Today riff is god tier
Grayson Torres
Meh, it's decent, but it's no In Utero.
