music taste is always subjective, i’d say try last.fm and rym to find stuff already existing in the general periphery of what you like :-) spotify premium is cool because i can find new artists from time to time and i dont have to listen to ads and stuff lol

There are a lot of great albums that can be gateways for getting deeper into their respective genres. And I didn't told him to listened just the most praised ones. I'm not saying those are the best albums in the world, but just a good way for getting into music.
