Rutracker's easy to use even without knowing much Russian. If you just learn Cyrillic it'll make it even easier to use too since there's a lot of cognates used on the site. And you never really have to search in Russian. Even Russian music will generally have a transliteration/translation. The only time I ever bother translating anything on the site is if I want to know what the comments are saying.

rutracker is hands down the best thing that happened to digital music collectors. it is what sites like what.cd (rip) should be in the first place, with high content for free and no stupid ratio restrictions.

The Soulseek userbase is pretty shit. I've gotten banned by a few people for not sharing anything. It is good for the stuff it has though. So many people that use it have like 96kbps files though for some reason.

I ban people that don't share. That's what makes it a good community, not allowing lazy faggots like you reap the benefits without giving back

oh come on, Cyrillic is not that hard. it takes very little effort to learn it if you already know the Latin alphabet. the Greek alphabet is where it actually gets difficult
