Is there any music you irrationally hate?

I like 80s synth stuff but I also am not much of a fan of synthwave. Maybe I associate it too much with neo-80s garbage but that's what most of the popular bands in that genre are. I wouldn't say I hate much of anything though. I don't really like thrash metal that much either but it has some cool songs.

thing that bothers me about synthwave is that none of them try to replicate the cheesy fun dynamic pop that was 80s dance like any italo disco. feels like theyre obsessed with the aesthetics of it without any of the same passion.

I fucking DESPISE autotune as a "style". Obviously some artists use autotune, which I dont care about. I mean the people (normally rappers) who cant sing whatsoever, so they just put 50 gallons of autotune lube on their voice and squeal their choruses. Makes me want to shove a cactus up my ass.

I'm tuning out culture until people begin to seriously embrace sincerity. The age of irony and meta humor has gone on too long and now it's gotten to the point where people are terrified to express themselves in a way that is honest.
I think we need another Come On Eileen, a song which sticks out from other 80's hits because it has no electronics, the singing is technically poor and it uses elements of traditional folk. It comes across as honest and true
