Here's the real one-hit-wonder kino
God how could I forget
based
Todd please.
Although that was probably the greatest pop song of the 90s hands down but that's not a very high bare to set
The Cardigans fucking rule.
"People" whose tastes are shaped by youtube entertainers disgust me. You are the lowest form of life.
>he can't appreciate a well-written pop song
Nonce
>most of the songs posted were from YouTube existed
Check out Einstein here lol
firstly i'm not sure why you're letting yourself get angry about something as trivial as that
secondly i'm not sure it has anything to do with this thread
What? A youtuber talked about the new radicals?
throw a dart at a board filled with rundgren's discography and you'll be almost guaranteed to hit a god-tier pop song
Based Todd in the Shadows recently did a One Hit Wonderland on them
I literally never saw anyone making new radicals posts on Yea Forums before that video and all of a sudden the song is bordering on having its own general. You're either fucking retarded to not realise what's going on or you're trolling. Either way you're a lowlife piece of shit.
>shits on mexican radio
>likes new radicals
Todd has weird taste.
First Band on the Moon is unironically one of my favorite albums
this sucks wtf
I've posted it years ago, I have no idea what video you're talking about. Be more nice online, lad x.
He didn't shit on it IIRC, he called it more of a novelty song and he's not wrong. There's nothing wrong with being a novelty act
Dude, that song was fucking famous before that who e-celeb talked about it.
>texas
Absolutely based.
Fun T shirt easter eggs in new radicals music video
This was my first concert. I was 11 years old and they opened for the Goo Goo Dolls at my local college. No one gave a shit until this song came on, but damn what a banger.
The review felt pretty negative but I might be bias because I like the song.
And yet you weren't talking about it before your flavour of the year unfunny faggot youtube celeb put it on his rotational spotlight. What does that say about you?
I actually preferred Lovelight.
So many great songs in the thread but none of them beats it imo. It's like the perfect 2000's song.
Love Foolosophy and Seven Days by Jamiroquai come close, same with More More More and Can't Get You Out Of My Head by Kylie

Pure sex
Gallagher can suck a dick
I honestly fucking can't. One of my coworkers played it today, and I literally thought about how this song somehow touches my 'heart' in a way no other song does. Makes me feel happy, sad, optimistic, and nostalgic all at once.
I think you'd really like the album, no other track is that good but many of them have a similar nostalgic vibe
Apparently this is Ice-T’s favorite song.
I'm 29 and always thought that New Radicals song was boring as shit, nice video though. Was pretty surprised to find out he'd written this massive bong hit though

Never realized how much the singer looks like the fucking Grinch until I saw the video

Was everyone just fucking constantly happy in the 90s or something?
gotye
Christ I would appreciate if Sophie Ellis-Bextor absolutely booted me repeatedly in the testicles in those heels.
great song still listen to it every once in a while. it's a shame that the rest of the album isn't nearly as interesting
never noticed these

I really love how late 90s the video is, brings me back
i like this song. some sundays vibes also
It was the end of history.
Was.
The average persons life was stable and it was easy to find a job, the fall of the USSR was still fresh in our minds, we were approaching the new millennium and looking forward to the future
Yeah people were happier back then.
Uh, Hall and Oates? Cause dude's big song sounds an awful lot like Hall and Oates, hell they covered dude's second single Someday We'll Know. But yes, fuckin' good song.
>refer to this m/v
This Music Video is a much better example imo. In fact in my opinion it's the greatest music video of the 90s and perfectly projects how the 90s was.
youtube.com
i like this song of them

Not pop but that era of Ibiza trance, house and Eurodance was amazing.

Felt like posting Birdhouse in Your Soul but after thinking about it a bit I've determined that I actually fucking hate that song
There was a recession in the early 90s you're forgetting...
But overall it was a great decade. Happier is hard to quantify but I think people were a lot more relaxed about things. Peak liberalism was treating people as individuals and live and let live. Its odd, I was a good 90s liberal, I still think the same things and it makes me some sort of fascist today according to kids.
>Toca's Miracle
I always forget how good that song is. So depressing for some reason though.
It's an insanely well done song but you need to be in a certain mood to enjoy it. Like Scenes From An Italian Restaurant.
it was before the internet had become an approval-engagement weight hanging around the entitled's necks.
There was a recession in the early 90s but the recovery was also relatively quick
The internet ruined society forever. It should've never gone mainstream and social media is a cancer on our modern world being used as a tool to abuse hyperbole and agreement-baiting to spread mass disinformation.
Oh don't worry, I already have - it's so damn good. Someday We'll Know and I Hope I Didn't Just Give Away the Ending are two of my other favorites on it.
Here's a great live version of Someday We'll Know if you haven't already heard it: youtu.be
