Why don't you do what real music fans do and listen to all their music then decide which albums you like and dislike after

This board is so retarded it literally doesn't know how to listen to music. Pro tip...you should come to a music board because you want to talk about music you love, not listen to music because you want to talk on a music board.

>Why don't you do what real music fans do and listen to all their music

Because they have 36 albums

All of the ones they have released, including all future releases.

So? Not saying that isn't a lot of music, but only an idiot would get into a band based purely on other people's favorite albums.

If you're interested in a band, listen to their music, become a fan of said band, and then you wouldn't have to ask these stupid questions. Hell, I would assume the only reason someone would be looking to get into a band is that they heard a song they liked, so start with that album even and work your way around their discography. Yea Forums is full of phony fucks though who use music as a fashion accessory and have no actual interest in bands.

Just start with Pink user. Branch out from there based on genre tags that sound appealing to you- their discography is pretty varied. The first Heavy Rocks is great (orange cover) for more like Pink. Flood is more post-rock I guess and also very good. Amplifier Worship is one of their heaviest. Feedbacker is one long song and a fan favorite. Dear is a pretty good recent album. I also really like their live album with Merzbow, Rock Dream. Seeing them for the fourth time in a couple weeks. I'm pretty excited. New record supposed to drop soon as well.

>tfw every time internet recommends some japanese old punk/experimental rock female group they're just as generic as the rest
don't fall for the meme lad

Should add that this is all dressed up weebery

No love for Akuma No Uta? best Boris "rock" album imo

this

i liked them before the internet. so don't be a fag.

...

you liked Boris before 1980?
>really makes you think

Boris? Sheesh
More like BORE US

Heavy Rocks for sure

Pink and Heavy Rocks are accessible while still communicating what their sound is all about.

New Album is really accessible but deliberately poppy compared to the rest of their stuff. In fact it sounds like a completely different band.

Pink, Heavy Rocks (2002) and Akuma not Uta for their most accessible and IMO best.

akuma no uta and smile are the best ones and pretty varied

Boris performing Flood

Boris is gay just listen to melt-banana faggot

Melt-Banana is gay Boris tho

I'm not sure if there's another band with so many quality albums. Many of them are excellent and a few are undisputed classics.

Loving the sudden Boris revival on Yea Forums recently

It’s probably because they’re touring/releasing a new double album

Good lord those are some inflated scores. I love Boris, but they only have a handful of records over a 7.

Dude, relax. He was just asking for a recommendation. If you didn't know a band that well, if at all, why the fuck would you listen to their whole discography. You're the problem with this site, entitled "music fans". Fuck you, buddy.

I enjoy Flood and Akuma No Uta

>Loves band
>Only rates their albums at 7

>loves band
>is still honest about it

apples and oranges lol
