The album matches the main plot and the vibes she wants to give and it works when she wants to explain a lot of subplots that were introduced on the movie. Some songs are not very well fit in the movie but oh well.
I like the aesthetic of K12, but for me, Crybaby is better.

Since Crybaby we have known that Crybaby has supernatural powers and I think that the introduce of Lilith was a win but it bothers me a lot that the plot of the magic was not developed and Mel gave more importance to random shit just for throw her political statements (that I know that the movie is set in a patriarchal decade and that the machism and the brainwash/control from superiors that opresses the students are the main topics, but things like the bulimia and the trans right were not quite developed and it resulted on add-ons of the movie that doesn't offer nothing to the main plot. At least we have orange juice (?)).
I want to know more about the magical procedures of Crybaby and why she has to endure the things she faced on Crybaby and K 12. I mean, all the two albums has this fantastic vibe and it would be nice to see a song talking about growing up or something like that while it is played on a scene of Lilith and the magical guys talking about it. Idk, Ineed a sequel.

This isn't true at all. I remember watching her on The Voice in 2012. She used to always wear bows and cute outfits and referred to her fans as her "bows" back then. She's always been sort of a branding genius, and cultivated a huge following in the early days of Instagram during her The Voice appearance. She wasn't signed to any label and Instagram wasn't even a thing then.
