Yeah duuuude

everything, from screams to the loud sounds, from the aesthetics to the clothing, oozes retardation

You try yelling out words with some rhythm for a prolonged period of time. Shits hard to do dude
samefagging doesnt change anything
>lound
is this bait, or are amerimutts really like this?
I'm not saying all Metal is good. There are a lot of poser, sjw or just pointless screaming bands, but hating whole genre because you can't understand it simply is cringe. Better tell us what do you consider a good music then, OP. Don't be a coward !
And we like it that way

Thoughts?
I just don't understand the concept of "metalheads".
>I love everything in one particular genre of music so much that I let it dictate everything about my personality and aesthetics
Seriously, what kind of blind loyalty is that? Get a fucking hair cut, wear something other than baggy black jeans and a band t-shirt, and stop thinking you're somehow an individual for listening to shit just because they can make a guitar sound like nails on a chalkboard.
>STOP DOING WHAT OTHER PEOPLE WANT YOU TO DO
>DO THESE THINGS BECAUSE I WANT YOU TO
Yikes.
Just giving advice on how to take your first steps in stopping being an edgy weirdo. Your choice to take it or leave it.
>>DO THESE THINGS BECAUSE I WANT YOU TO
nice
>can't read basic English
Yikes.
Anthony likes metal though
>cant into his own irony

Oof.
I've never seen someone who is able to explain why wearing "edgy" clothing outside of something like a job interview is a bad thing. Care to take a crack at it, oh wise one?
t. Do you dress unassumingly and listen to emo indie or noise (and genre records that provide context)
And regularly voice self criticisms to the effect because you know it's bad?
>using t. wrongly
not that guy but holy fucking shit you are a retarded dumbfuck loser who obviously never went to uni because you were too much of a stupid fucking retard neck yourself you dogshit cunt
There's this magical thing known as "reputation". When you go around dressed like an angsty teen, people will instantly see you as immature and emotionally unbalanced with no self-respect, so you get no respect from others.
I dress normally, yeah. I'm 33, it's not like I'm going to be dressing like I'm still a teenager. No idea what "emo indie" is, or what "noise" is as a genre, though.
I really don't see a problem with wearing a leather/denim jacket with a band shirt or a band shirt with cutoff sleeves and jeans(How metalheads in my area dress). It looks almost casual and I get no angst vibes from it. Does that fall under your philosophy of edge clothing?
no faggot, I wasnt quoting. i was talking directly to you
nice try though. gold star
>leather/denim jacket
Leather jackets depend on the style. You don't want one that's covered in useless metal studs, for instance. And denim jackets can get you too close to a "Canadian suit" if you're not careful.
>band shirt
Immediate problem. Never wear a shirt with a logo or image on it. That's for kids to show off their most favouritest thing evar.
>cutoff sleeves
Avoid as often as possible.
>jeans
As long as they're not baggy or too tight, it's fine. Definitely no holes in the knees.
And if more than half the items of clothing are black, re-dress. Unless it's a funeral, or you're a cartoon burglar, you don't need to wear so much black. Definitely no metal chains on the pockets, no garish belt buckles, no fingerless gloves, no sweatbands on the wrists, no ridiculous jewellery, etc. It all screams edgy otherwise.
>projecting his deviant sexuality
Poor bab.
and back to no u
stop using up oxygen someone useful could be breathing
>still forgetting to greentext
Dilate, sweetie.
still not quoting, newfag
>Never wear a shirt with a logo or image on it. That's for kids to show off their most favouritest thing evar.
>Unless it's a funeral, or you're a cartoon burglar, you don't need to wear so much black.
I feel like this falls under caring too much about what other people think of your clothes. I agree with you on accessories like gloves and shit, though.
>can't greentext
Your first summer here. Cute.
>t. fucking zoomer who don't know what subcultures were
To be fair, I think it's the sense of community that draws them in.
sticking to no u ?
i guess its all you got
It's more caring about the subconscious nature of society as a whole. You wear certain things to provide an instant subconscious association to people around you. It's not exactly something to be proud of if the sort of retards that make up the bulk of society view you as either equal to or less than them at a glance.
>"what does this arrow do?"
You'll work it out eventually, kid.
You're 33 and still posting on Yea Forums? Haha holy shit the boomer meme is real
if i was quoting instead of talking directly to your stupid ass, it would be green. like you
but hey, since you are so INTO winning this one, i will let you have it. congrats. you finally won in the internet. go get tendies from mommy
Bald Man likes metal though, so this image makes no sense.
Been posting on Yea Forums since before you could walk. It's our site, not yours.
>"mummy, my greentext doesn't work!!!"
Yikes.
You must be an extremely boring person. I bet you are conservative, right? If so, go back to /pol/, you don't get to talk about art.
I guess I can get behind that. It certainly isn't gonna stop me from wearing say a Bathory t-shirt if I'm just going to the store or running errands, but it is definitely food for thought.

Wow. I'm honestly not even mad. I feel kinda sorry for you, man. Hope you get to find happiness someday, i'll be rooting for you.
>you don't dress like a child so you must be boring
Sorry, did you think your Flash t-shirt made you interesting? Have you been relying on a Slipknot hoodie for your personality?
>I spend all my time here, so anyone else that posts must also do the same
I'd focus on sorting yourself out first, little buddy.
Honestly, it seems to be something that has to come to you yourself. Practically my entire twenties was me wearing old shirts and shorts whatever the weather, then something clicked in me and I started taking more care of myself. Clothing change came with that, but I doubt I would've done it without that 'spark' first.
