I like how you pitched Aesop's vocals. Makes him sooooo much more listenable imo.
the instrumentation is solid, not sure about the vocals though. They sound forced imo.

The problem I have with 99%
of "musicians" who sample
other people's work is LONGG.
The big thing is with these digital
sound sampling devices, back
in the day my sh!t was ANALOG
bro, do you even know what
analog means? Whatever,
anyway these digital systems
are, we are told, music mimics
par excellence, able to render
the whole orchestral panoply,
plus all that grunts, or squeaks.
The noun "sample" is, in our
comodified culture,pre-fixed by
the adjective free, FREE. as
in STEALING. So now you're
lying about being an artist and
if one is to consider predicating
this subject, perhaps some
thinking aloud on what is not
allowable auditory appropriation
is to be heard.
Some of you, current and potential
samplerists are confused, I KNOW
you're confused, and it's about
the extent to which you can
legally borrow from the ingredients
of other people's sonic
manifestations. Is a musical
property properly private, and
when and how does one trespass
upon it? Like myself, you may covet
something similar to a particular
chord played and recorded
singularly well by the strings of
the estimable Eastman Rochester
Orchestra on a long-deleted
Mercury Living Presence LP
of Charles Ives' Symphony #3
and you're thinking "Oh no,
welp here's another song down
the DRAIN".
Bro...Throwing the word "Indie"
infront of your genre isn't some
sort of indie tagline. I know you
fake musicians THINK it is...
but.. it's not. Real guys in the industry
laugh all day long at "bedroom" and "lofi" musicians.
You think any real musician walks
into a studio and tells the production
team he's looking for a "bedroom pop" feel?
absolutely NOT!
If there was a dummy that ever did that
they'd be thrown outta there pronto.
I know you've never dealt with real
industry peeps like me, and
you've never even set inside a legitimate
studio like I have, so this is just
a word of advice to a beginner
like you. Grow up.

RECS
chorus on the guitars sounds nice, love how the instrumentals are mixed
smoking to this right now and its perfect, very calming and captures a certain vibe really well
flow is great, and so is the production, keys add a nice touch to the instrumental

what the fuck is wrong with you? don't ever say anything nice about dubbi.
nobody gives a shit bubbi
you're not a sage
you have little to offer anyone
your music is mediocre at best
and your repeat/same posting is another level of stupid
its just fucking autism at its finest
dude why the bullying? literally calling somebody autistic and saying their music is bad. you suck
dubbi is a troll its justified
fuck off dubbi
your sucking is most evident

Keep 'em coming.
Tracks need a bit more production. I think with the right vocal recordings the songs could go up a notch. Try doubling the vocals up with more compression and effects on one. Also try recording the vocals twice and blending them.

Excellent track all round. Great quality recording, great lyrics and the vocals blend nicely with the track. Well done!

Never had a Weezer comparison before so that's one for the list haha!
Listened to your track, excellent double vocals and I like it stripped back although you could introduce some brushed drums and bass half way through as the song swell to add breadth.
All Dubbi.
Me I HAVE A NEW ALBUM I CONTROLLED:

Really focus on boosting your bass bro.
& & & You're so jealous of my FUN!
Ok this is what you've really got to learn. here's what you really need to know. Bass is integral to music. It's is the true backbone to all music. Drums/Beats are ONLY rhythm, and guitars/synths etc are ONLY melody. But bass? Bass is BOTH. That's why bass makes or breaks a song. So when in doubt BOOST it out!
Good stuff bro, DM me on instagram if you want to collaborate
( @dj_dubbi or @faqqi_lives )
>Folk
SKIP
Always good.
& Turn knobs marked "gain" or "overdrive"
all the way up. Turn other volume
knobs down to get the loudness
you want. Once you've proved
you can get heavy distortion,
dial things back to find the tone
you want. Focus on being LOUD!!
Some amps won't distort at low
volumes, mainly because that's
dumb as all hell LOL. If yours is like
this, either just play loud or give up.
Me
Great progression
Sounds genuine like you're not trying to hard to be clever

tfw they’re all dubbi
There's more than one dubbi.
There's been so many people dubbiposting that the whole " I have a confession" post became a pasta.
no he didn't make it. he hi-jacks the "Mu makes an album" threads and then says he masterminded the album just because he'd switch out people's links they were submitting to the album with his own.
He ruins every album now.
Look
>Slowcore
>Folky
>Spanish
they're not. he constantly either steals the whole album (he did that a couple days ago, that's why there's two Samuel Hidenkampf by it's van gof" albums on 2 separate bandcamps.
