im right though. tool does some wanky bs to impress neckbeards but doesnt really write catchy music that appeals to avg people. people who listen to art music arent impressed by random odd time signatures, they're the hallmark of "im a shitty untrained musician but want to sound experimental"

That`s actually a good comparison. Take later AVGN reviews when he gotta say something bad about game but there`s not much of it. "Eh...songwriting...songwriting is unispiring. In the next song sonwriting is..."
