Its actual tone is a crapshoot, cheaper pickups have random numbers of winds, mystery magnets, and random copper content in the wire. Some of them actually sound decent. The wiring harness might contribute to electronic noise due to poor shielding and poor wiring.
A pot metal bridge will wear out and contribute to tuning issues and string breakage sooner rather than later
As for the amp I can't really say, tone snobs swear to god they can hear even order harmonics which they think are impossible for software to generate. And then when they realize software can generate even-order harmonics they start acting like "natural tube overdrive" has a mystical quality that can not be emulated as if a thermionic valve is a living, breathing thing.
