Pac died at 25

>Pac died at 25
>Biggie died at 24

How the fuck were these guys in their early-mid 20s? They seemed so much older.

back then even the bad food was better than the good food now

No hormones in the food/water that turn the kids into freakin' transsexuals

Unlike your faggy fucking skittletooth soundcloud rappers these cats experienced actual hardship, they legitimately worked in the streets pimping hoes and selling dope. That shit will make you mentally older.

Grown men don't throw hissyfits and end friendships over gangsta rap lyrics

shoo shoo go back to the bitchcave you came from

Tupac was a ballerina

...ballerina is hardcore man, learning to do a perfect pirouette changes a man.

and biggie went to private school, they were both storytellers

modern rappers like bobby schmurda etc were way more hardcore than they were

Speak English ya freakin' crossdressing faggot

Biggie smalls was arrested seven times for dealing

Been spending most their lives living in a gangsta's paradise

Niggas is mad I get more butt than ash trays
Fuck a fair one I get mines the fast way

this, except modern rappers are also faking it. name of the game

Almost like being a hardcore nigga with no education and no understanding of the world makes you worse at writing

and cobain was 27

everyone seems older compared to todays manchildren epidemic (which im a part of).

>Grown men don't throw hissyfits
sure they do, like your dad did when he beat you.

it's really weird and confusing actually how there are so many manchildren now. you'd think it'd be the opposite because of all the growth hormones and shit in our food. why is testosterone so much lower in men now and how do we deal with it?

>why is testosterone so much lower in men now and how do we deal with it?
stop spending time on anime message boards. that would be a good start. and hit the weights kid

none of these people acted older than they were, are you fucking retarded?

People used to actually live their life in the real world, gaining experience and maturity, as opposed to people who predominately spend time dealing with technology and media, gaining nothing in return except a slew of useless information.

They do compared to a 24 year old in 2019.

They didn’t act older, they looked older.

Biggie is the most respectable wannabe gangster ever. He went a decent school and lived in a nice house but just wanted to live the street life so bad that he dropped out of school and sold drugs despite not needing to. If you're gonna rap about the hood and act hard u have to fully commit to it like he did

>lived in a nice house
lmao

Didn't he drop out to sell dope because he needed money for the family or am I remembering wrong

>24 year olds back then shot each other
>24 year olds now shoot schools

woah...

Eazy E’s mom was a grade school administrator. Yeah sure it was in Compton but still

24 year olds now watch capeshit (and collect the toys), play video games for hours upon hours each week, post memes about puppers, and obsess about their fantasy football team.

>pac was a ballerina
His mom took him to art school to get away from trouble. He use to dance for music videos until he started being a professional rapper. Plus he shot at 2 cops and started the East coast West coast war. He is more hardcore than any other rapper
>Biggie went to private school
He was still in poverty and had to sell drugs before he believed he could rap . Biggie was nowhere as hard as he said he was in most of his songs, but he wasn't soft.

Serious question, is 26 too old to attempt a music career?

I've been playing guitar and writing songs since 14 years old but never been able to really put myself out there until now. I live in New York so that's a plus I guess. I'm also finishing college with a couple of music-related internships on my resume.

Should I try or just go fuck myself?

I don't think Biggie was soft, I'm giving him props by saying that not being sarcastic. I think Biggie's image is cool because he basically crafted a character for his music that he spent his whole life trying to be. And it doesn't come off as disingenuous bc he was actually a tough dude who intentionally made his life more difficult all because he fell in love with the streets

And they did all that 30 years ago too. This faggot really thinks capeshit is a recent trend

Pretty sure he made $200k from selling drugs before becoming a rapper. Manlets today could never...

This one always blows my mind, I'm 30 and Jim Croce looks old enough to be my dad.

Stan Roger's was 33 when he died which seems totally wrong.

not at all, unless you haven't already learned music. i can think of a number of greats that got serious around then, just measure your expectations, just focus on making good music and getting it out there

*Rogers (autocorrect), also forgot to include pic for reference.

can you prove your statement? i'm legit interested.

le wrong generation

They weren't supposed to make it past 25, but joke's on you 2Pac is still alive

I always thought they were in their 30's. You are right OP.

Wu Tang, Nas, Mobb Deep >>> fucking everyone else. Get it RIGHT

Lol no.

Biggie was a fat fuck who would sit in his room eating twinkies and writing rhymes all day. His mom has talked about it before.

and his rhymes are better than yours. and better than many of his contemporaries of the time (definitely better than Pac's). also his flow past the bar was pretty stupid

moet poppin, hoes poppin ain't no stoppin big poppa I AM A BAD BOIIII

B-b-b-bump!

Leonard Cohen didn’t release his first album until he was 33
