So I mainly just listen to vocaloids, and I’ve been really loving this album. It’s a mashup of Hatsune Miku with “shoegaze” music. I’ve never heard of ”shoegaze” before, but I love this album. What’s some more stuff to check out?
My favorite tracks are 千年の雨の終わり and 嘘と絵画, so more stuff that sounds like that would be great :p

Try つまんね by 神聖かまってちゃん. It's noise j-rpck but some tracks sound a bit shoegazy. You might enjoy it.

They classify themselves as Internet Pop Rock, but the person who writes all the music says he's a massive fan of My Bloody Valentine and he took a lot of inspiration from them for these songs

Just listen to Loveless by My Bloody Valentine. Forget any other recs until you've heard that a few times. It's far superior to Mikgazer btw.
