Is there anything out there like Death Grips? I'm looking for something similar to this.
I really enjoyed the screaming combined with the electro/hip-hop ish instrumentals. I've listened to their discog, but Exmilitary stood out for me the most along with Govt Plates.

Kill the Vultures - s/t is pretty close and came 6 years before exmil, their album Careless Flame is one of the best hip hop albums.

listen to zach hill's (DG drummer) projects, not quite hip-hop but if you dig DG you might be open to diff experimental genres by their drummer.
