I'm sorry user, I know how it feels. My hair's been falling out lately too. It's not that bad when dry, but when i get sweaty or wet and the hair sticks to my head it's really bad. Also get shit ton of hair between my fingers whenever i run my hands through it. Thankfully it seems it's growing back cause when I pinch right above my skin i can feel the new follicles.
I wish you luck user. Eat healthy, excersise, and if worst comes to worst, embrace baldness.
