Don't feel too bad, my parents had the album in their CD collection, when I first saw a song come up on youtube I fell down the rabbit hole. Asked my mom if she'd even listened to them, she said no. Played her a song, she liked it. I told her the album was kind of a story where the narrator learns about anne frank and falls in love with her, suddenly experiencing a past life with her as though they were reincarnations of the same couple, trying to find each other.
