Love the little details placed here and there. It is really comfy indeed. Would love to see future work.
I could only listen to one track, but it was really good and had some nice potential. Wasn't too big on the vocals, but the guitar work was very sombre in the intro part and then picked up the necessary energy to make the track dynamic.

Some instrumental rock demos I've made

Good build up! Maybe you could layer the same vocal layers to make it sound more epic like at 1:50 and again at 4:25. For the drums you could accent some of the notes as it sounds pretty lifeless to me. E.g. raise the volume of the hihat on the first of every beat. I really like the freak out in the middle and the transition towards the acoustic at the end, don't quite get what you wanted to do with the outro/last two minutes though.

Listened to a time and place. I found it a soothing song, where is the sample from?

Really interesting mix of textures here. The blaring high pitched feedback and hi hats/808s compliment each other better than I would've imagined. All around wonderfully produced.
I'm not usually too big on neo soul type stuff but this was very enjoyable. That chord progression kept me fully invested.

Very ambitious and I think you pulled this track off for the most part. That piano line towards the beginning really stuck with me and each transition between passages was very effective. I'll be honest though your singing voice could be a bit less monotone. I will check out the whole album when I get the chance.
