Is it me or is the mixing fucking awful now. The production used to be the strongest part of Brockhampton, but whoever they let engineer this album really sidetracked that. Too much emphasis on Matt's verses and not nearly enough emphasis on anyone else's verses usually. Dom was fucking buried on "Boy Bye."
At least "Iridescence" had more than two and a half good tracks. This is just saddening.

Both iridescence and ginger have this glaring drop in quality in second half. How about they fucking take twice as much time next time but actually deliver something listenable past 20 mins?

I've loved iridescence the whole time. I think people will look back at it with a lot more appreciation as time goes on. I haven't listened to Ginger enough to give an educated opinion, but i enjoy it so far. I think that victor roberts guy had a great verse, but it sound like they used the first take? something sounded a bit off, but I liked it content wise. and the end of that song with kevin and bearface is angelic

I like some songs. The singles seem to stand out desu. But maybe that's because it's a grower. It has a lot of bullshit tracks, which sound too ADHD, that don't really deliver anything. Also, where the fuck is Dominic Fike. Folks are hating on him, because they claimed Dominic is just getting buzz because he's with BH now. All of those fags proved wrong.
I'd like to hear Dominic Fike instead of BH at this point desu. He's more fresh, versatile, and has a chiller style.

Not as good as iridescence (think I gave it an 8 or 7.5) but it is almost there. Reason being is that Iris at least had a tone albeit it didn't reach its full potential. This has a tone as well but it is just a bit dull. I get the reason of I been born again now. Especially since it starts right after dearly departed. Then it is followed by ginger. It is meant to sign their acceptance of their past struggles and thrive into new territory. However the second half just falls off. It has some good stuff but it is just not as good as the fist half.

Sleeper is definitely BIG BOY btw. Imo everyone should have had a verse on it describing their overall feeling with growing up.
