Which major 60's pop-rock group is the best? The Beatles, the Rolling Stones, the Beach Boys, or the Who?

While I am a bigger fan of the Beach Boys, The Who is the best of all of those groups. Their music is a towering achievement. The Beatles and the Rolling Stones both wish they could have been The Who.

At least Beach Boys have a couple great albums. Rolling Stones have a lot of great singles but their albums are fucking boring.

Aftermath, Between the Buttons, Their Satanic Majesties Request, Beggars Banquet, Exile on Main Street, Let it Bleed and Sticky Fingers are all A+ albums. The ones with Jones are genius, the ones without are rock classics. Brian Wilson is still cooler than them though. And the studio session tracks back it up.
