nothing beats STGSTV, I'd agree with except I think hollinndagain is better than danse

two sails on a sound = infant dressing table > too soon > hey light > slippi > native belle > panic

In your opinion, what makes hollinndagain better than danse? Also, no I think after strawberry jam they solidified their sound into psych-pop. I have yet to come across anything that was as unique as early AnCo

idk it's just the intensity and energy of it I guess, especially those first three tracks, I go back to it more than I do with danse. I think of it as their "punk" record. & I see you pan is of their most beautiful songs imo, that track alone I like more than anything danse. oh and I think the hollindagain version of lablakely dress is amazing, much better than the danse version. I still love danse, it does have some amazing tracks but a lot of their experimentations on that one I don't think work as well or aren't as memorable as their other early stuff. But yeah idk they were on some next level, higher plane shit in those days

the new song that Avey and Geo just put out reminds me a lot of this album
