I'm slowly working on it too. I was doing great for a while. Steady diet, steady sleep schedule, up early every day, going for walks / getting sunlight, taking vitamins everyday, keeping my apartment clean, no porn, etc.

This is the main different between the right and the left. The right is willing to listen and have a discussion. The left calls you names, plugs their ears, and de-platforms you. Very based, for solo Moz I always suggest Bona Drag as that has a ton of his great singles all in a cohesive package, and some jangly guitars as well (Interesting Drug is the most boppy Moz song if you're looking for that)
In terms of studio albums if you liked The More You Ignore Me you'll probably like all of Vauxhall And I, Why Don't You Find Out For Yourself and Hold Onto Your Friends are highlights (The live version of Jack The Ripper on the definitive master is killer) Kill Uncle is really really good if you want something jangly but very eclectic, Your Arsenal is great if you like T. Rex, David Bowie or other artists like that, and Southpaw Grammar is ultimate Moz in my opinion, (Southpaw is possibly the best Moz track ever made) has a lot of rock opera and art rock elements which work really nicely with his voice, as well as some songs that would feel at home on Your Arsenal as well,
all in all you can really start anywhere but just have fun and explore the sheer ammount of what he's made, check out passionsjustlikemine.com/ for everything Morrissey and The Smiths alike :)
