Me too. Last year was the first thing I listened in the morning.
I drive an old ass car so I can only listen to burnt CDs. I've had this album in one of my stereo slots ever since it came out. Probably my favorite electronic release of the decade tied with Syro.
Solid album, doesn't seem right that it isn't really talked about anymore

It’s a top tier house record, but the more insecure side of the house fanbase likes to pretend it’s overrated or only for entry level ppl cuz of the love it gets from non House fans. Which is sad because it makes house fans look embarrassing in an attempt to be pseudo elitist and actual qualities of the album’s missed out on.
The catchy soulful melodies, the organic sound patches combined with the samples, the variety of grooves track by track, the melding of build/drop and minimalist song structures. What’s not to love?

i just listened to this album for the first time and i am speechless. sirens used to be my favorite, but this is really fucking close...
