If you practice diligently I think you can do it. I don't know how many beers a day you're currently drinking or how many you max out at, but 30 is definitely achievable with good hard practice.
Physical size definitely helps, but my ex-roommate had a coworker who was a relatively trim guy who would drink a 24 pack of Busch Light after work ended before he'd go to bed, so I don't think it's impossible to do as a smaller guy.
