This song isnt really sad, it's just the context behind it. I listened to this driving her around town in the heat of summer, when she still loved me

Good idea for a thread user.

This Lush track comes to mind.

fucking love this song

Good rec user, I remember this track being particularly addictive.

Awesome. When that soaring guitar comes in it at 3:30, gets me every time.

It actually remind me a lot of Pearl Jam's "Vs." .Great track. My favs would be "Analog Park' and "Herbal Movement". They are next to each other and fall perfectly into each other. Ending of "Herbal Movement" probably gave me the biggest chills that I've ever had.
I love "Take" from "Spooky". Idk, a lot of the elements appeal to me perfectly in it, like all the favorite dishes served in one evening.

Hmm, never thought of the Vs comparison, but I like it, that album was always my favorite from Pearl Jam, gonna have to listen to that Gathering record again soon.

Take is a fantastic track, I just recently got into Lush and started with Split because of Desire Lines. Wasn't a big fan of the direction change on Lovelife but it sounds like Spooky is gonna be a favorite of mine.

Pretty much everything Koz did up to Universal Themes

I'll admit this is a shitty buttrock, but it resonates with me, not sure why.

There's something intimate about it, I guess, I know it is generic, all songs are in 4/4 and all that jazz. I can't help it though
