Something by the Beatles but this place will come up with some hipster shit

Eight Miles High

I prefer The Rolling Stones.
While My Guitar Gently Weeps is pretty much the only Beatles song I like. Its almost too good for them.
For the Stones, I would say Sympathy for The Devil or Paint it Black.
For The Who, I guess Pinball Wizard does it the most for me.
The 60s is a weird time. Pre-66 is very different sound to Post-66 where it starts to transform more into 70s music.
Goes from bright, whimsical, and you know "hippie" to cynical, and dark and deconstructive.

You're worse than leaving the rest out considering most non anglo was actual shit in the 60s

anglos aren't doomed to suck they just choose to for some reason

Damn. This post is how I find out Peter Fonda died today?

Him and Dennis Hopper are riding Harleys in hell now.

Eleanor Rigby
I didn't even know this was actually a Beatles song till I looked it up because I listen to the Kansas version so much.
So I guess that's two Beatles songs I actually like. (Though I prefer covers of them. Santana had a fantastic cover While My Guitar Gently Weeps, and Eric Clapton has a very good version too)

clapton played on the original white album version too

California dreamin

The End is probably one of the dumbest songs ever written
