His music is dated as fuck. An amalgamation of cheesy cliches that were revolutionary at the time, but were since overshadowed by future musicians. Hell, I would be hesitant to even call his music industrial. It's more like grunge with synthesizers. Downward Spiral is the only one remotely worth listening to.
