I'm massively over weight and I just decided to stop eating until im very thin. What's some music for starving yourself? Right now I'm very into Merzbow so I'm open to weird or dark shit but also open to anything that motivates me to no eat.

Move around: walk places, pace, etc. Just move! Eat a heavy protein meal in the afternoon. It'll keep you full and help you lose less muscle. Go for a walk after you eat too.

Once you've lost some fat start exercising more and eating a bit more too. 2 high protein meals a day.

I'm like 180 pounds, I eat like shit and I literally don't exercise yet I've been fluctuating this weight since 16.
Just last night I polished off a 12 pack of Hostess cupcakes because I could. I've been shitting pure bready, creamy, dark green soft shits for the past 2 days. Now to balance out the calorie intake I'm gonna water fast for 3 or 4 days to balance out the immense fat and sugar intake and I'm not even gonna gain any weight from the cupcakes. Balance your life fatass.

Not OP, but are you relatively tall? I'm pretty short and I peeked at around 215 lbs. For me, it's just soda that's my kryptonite. I don't even eat horribly and I exercise, I'm just addicted to that liquid poison.

not to be That Person, but you can develop an eating disorder at any weight (it’s a common and quite frustrating misconception that you have to be severely underweight for your eating disorder to be “valid”) and if you just completely stop eating, you’ll begin to pass out, you’ll feel physically and emotionally exhausted 24/7, your hair may even fall out, you’ll stop functioning propperly. just eat small meals of healthier foods, please don’t stop eating. it’s really bad for you man. don’t punish yourself like that please.

I thought I'd go for this route myself, but apparently it doesn't work that way. Plus, I ended up with so little energy, I couldn't do anything. If someone could lock me in a padded room for a couple months then maybe starving would be effective but that's about it. So instead I've decided the solution is to eat myself into an early grave as quickly as possible.

you guys need to look up fasting and realize it's perfectly healthy and natural. Jesus did it and he was hot af. My body is covered in enough food for weeks and i will drink electrolytes. I'm gonna win.
