We don’t have to be contrarians (or pseuds like ), there’s a reason why some albums are so obviously coveted, reasons that go beyond «it was marketing». To that end, the OP’s selections are so off-beat that it’s not so hard to see he’s just being a special snowflake like the average poster at Yea Forums. The exception is, ironically, Sgt. Pepper, an album by a band that’s more than 70% marketing.
«Listening to more music» is just a path to coming full circle with the above.
