Top 50 Greatest Rappers of All Time List

I personally don’t agree with a lot of this list but the fact that MF DOOM isn’t even there just pisses me off. Who would you guys replace?

I don't even know if I could name 50 rap songs. But MF DOOM is definitely up there for me.
My favorites are MF DOOM, Kendrick Lamar, Kanye.

Jay Z is hilariously overrated.

Realistically, he's barely in the top 20.

FACTTSSS

Go listen to Madvillainy and let me know if you change your mind user

>implying that Rick Ross is a better rapper than DOOM AND Kanye

Go sit in the corner and think about what you’ve just written

Nas
Big L
Eminem
B.I.G
Jay-Z

is the correct top 5

what's the last jayz album you listened to?

He heard 1 song he liked and think he likes Jay Z now

Any list that starts like that goes in the trash

Andre is better than at least half of the people ranked higher than him

I don't see Falco up there

No order:

1. MF DOOM
2. Kendrick
3. Kanye
4. Andre 3000
5. Black Thought
6. Ghostface
7. Chuck D
8. Biggie
9. Pac
10. Nas
11. Common
12. Scarface
13. Ice Cube
14. Earl Sweatshirt
15. Danny Brown

Most recently? Reheard Reasonable Doubt and that shit is like crack I usually listen to albums or at least as many songs from an album I have time to listen to

If we’re talking about Artists? Kanye is the best to ever do it, but if we’re talking rappers then imo I don’t even think he’s top 30 of all time

>googled his oldest album's name
>"reheard"
sure. His last objectively good album was 16 years ago.

desu WHere is my boy del the funky homosapien????

whoever made this list should speak to user here

I think Kanye is honestly underrated as a rapper just because his lyrics aren’t overly complex and he’s nothing special as a rhymer. Charisma on the mic, tackling interest topics, and picking the perfect delivery/pitch are all attributes of rapping that he’s great at. I’d rather hear Kanye over Kanye production than the vast majority of rappers over that same production.

I agree Jay is overrated and I didn’t have him in my top 15 above but u didn’t like 4:44?

I thought it was decent, but not "good".

4:44

>but if we’re talking rappers then imo I don’t even think he’s top 30 of all time
rappers but also including influence, impact, songwriting ability, and rapping ability

He's sort of an actual musician as well, unlike the vast majority of the list.
