just uploaded our first ep
Made this Vaporwave album five years ago and it got a decent amount of downloads and traction despite only personally posting it here once.
I regret not refining it properly and not producing 'serious' album art or a follow up because it got on youtube compilations and everything. Theres some lazy crappy future funk style sampling in there e.g first track, mixed with some actual inventive stuff in places.
This is good stuff man. Did you produce this on your own or have a band? Ive been hoping to make something along these lines myself.

thank you! glad you enjoyed it! All the instruments are me apart from drums in "AOD Copy B" which were played by a friend. It was recorded in my college's studio and had other students/producers doing the bulk of the mix, but I gave them a pointers to how I wanted it to sound
Very elegant soundscape! Reminds me that I'll never truly be good at ambient haha
Wish it was more focused... Cover art and tags really got my hopes up
Got potential i guess but at the moment nothing about anything here immediately strikes me as great
This rips!! I'm in love with the ringy snare. Really cool rhythms at times too
Rapper is better than the producer (drums could be a little better sometimes) but he's got some dope samples nonetheless. Good hooks
This sounds huge. Sick drums and really cool atmospheres
Wish I could make shit like this. Your cover art could use some work though
You've got the lethargic bedroom indie sound down but it's not particularly my cup of tea. Good first effort
Pretty good honestly, although the annoying filters used in basically all future funk tend to bother me
Spell bandcamp right you ape

sorry for deleting my comment.
yeah, the most neo-psych from the 'mixtape' is found at (core), preferably at 1:37 where the terror goes pretty HD. that & (inferno) + (hellspawn) sounds like what hell is like.
also, i was working with default presets so i guess that's why it doesn't sound that pleasant to the ears.
i'll improve upon that.
MODS?
OK, but there's nothing relevant up on it yet...

The 70's influence is very dominant on the first couple tracks (especially the sustained strings in the background of cat), I like it. Some of the static fuzz on don't be forever distracts from the rest of the song near the end, but it's ok nonetheless.
I just put out this tape
