I love all of his albums, I could even bop to Revival.
Personally I know the album is objectively shit I couldn't help but songs like River give me nostalgic vibes to pop rap songs from 2010-11 with love the way you lie and that Tinie Tempah style music.

I listened through Revival all the way for the first time a few days ago. Despite a few highlights (Walk on Water, Believe, Framed, Castle, Arose) it was a mess. Some songs feel like scrapped left overs from his previous albums. Tragic Endings and Castle (Recovery era), In Your Head (MMLP2 era), and Remind Me (Intro) sounds like Encore - Recovery era (can't decide). The poppy hooks really got on my nerves, a lot of Em's bars are corny af, and some songs are incredibly embarrassing (Remind Me, Heat). It doesn't feel like an album that should've existed.
