The most inexcusable thing he does is inject politics into his musical preferences without explicitly mentioning where.

As a get-out-of-jail-free card, he will occassionally post a notice somewhere on his Twitter or in his videos saying that music is subjective so they are his own personal views. This is correct on the surface but without laying bare all of your biases as you go along, people are likely to swallow your view as gospel without thinking for themselves. He is aware of this but doesn't try to counteract this as he stands to lose from doing so.

You can tell the guy know a lot about heavy metal/black metal/noise music. I think he could be a really good metal reviewer. Everything else he should stay away from. His takes on electronic music, eapecially anything other than IDM, are awful. He can’t tell the difference between breakbeat and jungle, which is probably why he deleted his Zomby review. He has very basic takes on rap music. I don’t care how “fun” or “enjoyable” it is, a Lil Pump album isn’t a 7.
