they are gods. repeater is so good

legendary band, it would be better if guy sang all the lead vocals though which is why i love rites of spring

one of my favorite bands ever

They're like Jesus Lizard for normies.

no, that's the daughters

Leaves would be their best project OP

I imagine its kind of like how 60's pop fans feel about the Beatles

this

end hits is their best album don't @ me

love lots of their stuff tho

Great band, but im on team unwound

For me it's Repeater.

I really like them.
Great musicians.

couldn't think of a more boring band not named sonic youth

The Argument is 10/10 life and limb best song

One of my greatest inspirations. Watching Instrument is an amazing experience, and the Live Series is one of the great archives of live music. Really, it's just one of those bands that is forever enshrined as an archetype taken to the extreme.

Yeah, it's pretty much that. They were just that good.

That's not quite what I mean. As an example, here's a chart I made last night.
Haven't you been in any threads about the Beatles and/or 60's pop music on this board?

Yeah, often. It's one hell of a mess. It's a central figure to debate, and while not everyone agrees what their worth is, I've found that more than a handful thinks they were the greatest act of the time.

In on the Kill Taker > End Hits > Steady Diet of Nothing > The Argument > Repeater > 13 Songs > Red Medicine > Instrument

They're great

I prefer Guy's vocals, but Ian has his moments. I think it'd be better if Guy sang 80-90% of the songs.

Ian MacKaye is a fucking cunt.
