So far 3 headliners have pulled out since announcing it was moving and the rest are still up in the air. Rumors are moving it and making it free voids the band's contracts so they won't have to pay them. The only reason this is still happening is because they have to pay the artists even if it gets cancelled, but this way the bands are willingly pulling out.

The original Woodstock was a disaster itself, way more people showed up then planned and weren't enough food and water for everyone, it was very poorly organized but just happened to have some good bands playing.

Reminder that it's not the real Woodstock 50 celebration, that's happening at the Bethel Performing Arts Center - Santana is doing a show exactly 50 years after performing at the original. This other...thing, is a money grab by the guy who was involved in the original shows, and has fucked up so hard, nobody is gonna show, they moved the venue to a seated one in Maryland, and has no guarantees for...anything.
