I gotcha, I hadn't seen your bandcamp until now. I just read the explanation. You're one of my follows on sc already. Good stuff. Would like to see you try to do more upbeat songs. You could do that while still retaining that sad quality... kinda like how Bright Eyes uses major chord progressions and stuff that sounds comfy and sometimes even jovial but the lyrical aspect presents a contrasting perspective of cynicism and loneliness coupled with depressing social commentary. I think that would be the best way to really make your sound more diverse and interesting.

I like the vibe and the video, plus you’re fun, but there’s just something off here. Maybe it’s your voice? I’m not really sure, maybe it’s just not my thing. You did a good job overall tho, keep it up. The animation was my favorite part.

Now I want molly. Really good stuff. Dropping a like. Maaaaaaybe that some of the big synths are a taaad loud, but that's really nitpicking and preference. Bass and drums just makes me wanna go at it.
You've got a great voice, and overall good production, the guitars sound amazing. Google translate said Uzbek? Oqaaseqarnanga was super nice.
Doubt was good as well, but the guitars don't pop at all in the same way, get a bit muddy, could be fine, but I think they need some more eq, a little cleanup (opinion not fact). Piviusoq oqaatsillu was pretty neat too, but not as strong as the first song. The mixing on Oqaaseqarnanga is SPOT ON, and your voice really shines, a lot of emotion.
Cute and makes me feel good. Mad plastic beach vibes. Heard some clipping on the whistling and think the vocals are a bit too unclear/hard to hear, probably recording issue. I love the compostition and melodies though

Very fuzzy. The indiscernible/floaty vocals are really cool, I like how they act more as an instrument. Very consistent sound but I got bored after a couple songs. You'd probably kill in NYC, Brooklyn is crammed full of music like this.
Interesting mix of stuff haha. myob is my favorite but I'm a sucker for that style anyway. You could probably clean up your chords, I think there are notes ringing that shouldn't be (unless you're deliberately doing the harsh/noisy thing). Also sounds like you stumble around the 1:19 mark

I've been making electronic music for 3 years and this is the first track I'm really proud of, first tack I've made that I think captures some true grooviness.
Genre is about halfway between VGM and Electronic, I've always been inspired by stuff like Earthbound and Zelda, but I try to have that manifest more in atmosphere than in composition.
Logan Torres
Ooh this sounds cool. I like the vocals, there's some weird pausing between lines though that's a bit harsh, maybe needs some reverb or something to soften those edges? The sound is all in all super cool, I love experimental shit, never fear being too weird. The drums are cool around 1:30 when it breaks down a bit, I think they should come more to the front. Add a compressor maybe? The kick is good, and there's a clap in there that sounds good too but the rest doesn't quite come out the same and the sound suffers as a result. The whole thing has the capacity to be groovy as hell, but there's not a lot of low frequency sounds that make you wanna dance; the kick can't carry that alone.
The affect/atmosphere is strong though. Not a critique, but if it were me I'd use some reverb effects to make it sound a bit more liquidy, especially at the outro, which comes out as fuzzy in texture rather than smooth... like a jellyfish

You need to boost your bass bro!!
The problem I have with 99%
of "musicians" who sample
other people's work is LONGG.
The big thing is with these digital
sound sampling devices, back
in the day my sh!t was ANALOG
bro, do you even know what
analog means? Whatever,
anyway these digital systems
are, we are told, music mimics
par excellence, able to render
the whole orchestral panoply,
plus all that grunts, or squeaks.
The noun "sample" is, in our
comodified culture,pre-fixed by
the adjective free, FREE. as
in STEALING. So now you're
lying about being an artist and
if one is to consider predicating
this subject, perhaps some
thinking aloud on what is not
allowable auditory appropriation
is to be heard.
Some of you, current and potential
samplerists are confused, I KNOW
you're confused, and it's about
the extent to which you can
legally borrow from the ingredients
of other people's sonic
manifestations. Is a musical
property properly private, and
when and how does one trespass
upon it? Like myself, you may covet
something similar to a particular
chord played and recorded
singularly well by the strings of
the estimable Eastman Rochester
Orchestra on a long-deleted
Mercury Living Presence LP
of Charles Ives' Symphony #3
and you're thinking "Oh no,
welp here's another song down
the DRAIN".

Very bad!
You need to Learn how to boost your bass.
I can help you out quite a bit if you ask,
but for now what you need to focus
on is Making great bass patches.
to make a beginner bass,
get a defult patch in Harmor,
turn the low-pass on A to 10%
and 0% on B,
and then turn the Sub up on both
A and B,
next turn on some slight distortion
and then EQ the sub in the mixer
up all the way.
Don't samefag about yourself
You need to delete your stuff and start from scratch. Here's a tip:
-1st buy fl studio,
its all you need at 1st
-2nd make a kick/snare rythem
-invite some producers over to
hang out and get them to help geta
melody / bassline idea
-3rd get some studio time,
4th, get some experienced
producers to work with you during
your session(s)
5th let them do whatever they want
to the song to make it good.
6th DONE! you have a new song
you can upload online and start
blowing up
