no, uploads count towards promotions (ie getting invites etc) but you don't have to upload anything to use the tracker. However uploads are an easy way to improve your ratio, the economy is more retarded than What.cd's so users don't leech as much.

It's just so aesthetically impressive. Just look at OP's image of Yamagata dying. It's just a random panel with the death of a minor character and it's already so memorable and cool.
The soundtrack for the movie is also peak soundtrack kino, but I couldn't find the 2017 remaster digitally amywhere and I don't have the interest in getting a vinyl
