Unironically waiting 16 years for this

unironically worth it
better than SILY, but only by a hair

Gae

>Frankie Sinatra

I agree except SILY is slightly better

it's true, I didn't listen to any music for 16 years. after listening to SILY for the first time. I was basically deaf, I wore industrial strength earplugs at all time because I didn't want to risk accidentally hearing music before The Avalanches put out their second album

What's with the jew star on the flag?

Is it woke to Zionism or supporting it??

>I adored the way she modified my mornings
>When I'd wake up in the calm shoals of her bed
>Somersaults of smoke, in a universe of sleep
>Before she slipped back into her heritage and disappeared
>And she taught me to relight, relight, and relight again

I'm happy we got anything at all. Setting aside AAAAAAHHH it was a great album with loads of memorable moments. Seeing them live was also a a treat.

Kills me every time, man.

happiest, most uplifting album ive ever heard. cant be in a bad mood listening to it. expect for those few minutes when danny brown comes on

This was the fucking soundtrack of my summer when it came out. More than worth the wait and honestly one of my favourite albums. I still prefer SILY but at this point I probably listen to Wildflower more often

Agreed, but yeah it can't be understated that Wildflower is fucking great and was worth the wait

you didnt miss much

IM SO HIGH
YOURE SO HIGH

AHHHHHHHHH FRANK SINATRA

It's ridiculously underrated given the fact that it suffers from living in the shadow of Since I Left You. If it wasn't by The Avalanches and was from some no-name group, I guarantee you that it would move up 3,000 positions on RYM just on that fact alone.

Saturday Night Inside Out is one of the best album closers I’ve heard

AAAAAAAAAA

Because I'm Me is my favorite Kanye song

This, killer closer

As corny as some songs are like Harmony and Colours, this album has become one of my favourites of all time desu. Stepkids might be my favourite song ever

sad but true

I love Frankie SInatra, it has so much character.

Its a 10/10 if you remove frankie sinatra and every danny brown appearance

Why is stepkids so good though, Its just the perfect lowkey song

why did fantano list it in worst tracks ffs

Cover looks bland. Won't check it out.

>isn't he great? far out

If I Was A Folkstar is a 10/10 pop song. That main riff sample is incredible

I love it but SILY is better, Wildflower has too much lyrics and way less flow between songs, hope they fix that on LP4

They uploaded some meeting they had with a record exec on instagram stories, said they have a new album finished, new single in November with the album to follow a few months later.
They deleted those but tweeted about new music coming this year so I guess it's happening.
I hope they don't release a novelty wacky track as the single again.

Best summer album of all time

Yup, literally perfect song.

>Daughter grows into a mother
>And softly turns into the other

inb4 delayed by two years over sample clearance issues

I wasn't sure if it's a "new" new album, or just a roundup of tracks that didn't make it onto Wildflower.
Though, to be fair, I'd be happy with either.

Let's wake up side by side (side by side)
Let's sleep in 'till we die ('till we die)

Based

I can't wait bros

I think some of the material has roots in tracks that were initially developed during that long gestation but pretty sure the intention is for it to be another studio album rather than an outtakes compilation, they've certainly sampled plenty of new things in the last 3 years going by all the pictures of the records they've been working with that they've posted on Instagram

It's not going to be "new" new. Chater said a while ago that their next album will be older ideas so they can have a clean slate when they go to make new music moving forward.
