i am in need of great help. years ago i stumbled across an album that which had a cover very similar to the cover of Current 93's I Have a Special Plan for this World (pic related). the music sounded almost, ethereal, to me. sadly, i have forgotten everything about it except for the cover and how the music vaguely sounded like. i have been on a journey to find the album for years, now i feel i am getting closer to finding it than ever before. dear anons, could you help a poor soul out? help me find the album, and you will be granted whatever your heart desires, even if it is black tar herion. thank you.

i dont quite know the genre, as far as i remember it made use of just a very simple synth sound and some singing. the cover is almost strikingly similiar. It look to be a poor depiction of a person using randomly colored paper cut-outs, it looked as if it was made by a child.

I have a related question, I'm looking for an album with a cover similar to pic related. It looked like a black and white drawing of a simple mask, although the shape was different. The face was wider, rounder, and almost smiling. All I remember about the music was that, at the time, it genuinely spooked me.

It’s an interesting question. I’ve always felt like people don’t talk about this enough. I know this is a music related board and all but to me personally the quality of the cover art can often determine whether I decide to give an album a try or not, although not in all cases.
