talking heads overall better i'd say, but the hardcore devo releases are more interesting than anything talking heads released outside of remain in light imo, and their debut is better than every talking heads album aside from remain in light. they both sucked in the mid 80s tho

If you were to compare all of DEVO's output to all of the Talking Head's output I'd say DEVO wins.

I can't say how it would do to match up individual albums, though I always got more of a filler feeling from TH albums than I did from DEVO.

Talking Heads, I prefer Byrne's voice and his projects.
You have to admit that the Road to Nowhere video is pretty far from the Devo ones.
Also there's a reason why Brian Eno worked more with TH than with Devo
