It obviously can't be explained. Either you get it or you don't. It's just that you register feet as a sexual part of the body, too. Explain what it is about a vagina that's arousing? It's a bit cringey to explain it in detail. It's just another female body part that I find attractive because it's so much more feminine than the male equivalent. In essence that's the whole thing, femininity. Every man appreciates female legs, female necks, even female shoulders and backs and stomachs. Even hands, while not sexual, you can enjoy how a woman's hand is more feminine than your own. So that's the same with feet, they're just small and shapely. Idk
