Being There - A Ghost is Born is all GOAT. The other stuff isn't bad, but I wouldn't go there unless you're already a big fan.
That being said, Jeff Tweedy's solo album Warm is a huge step up from Wilco's more recent output and probably his best work since the mid-2000s.
