I never enjoyed listening to music while being intimate because I felt like it was an intrusion on the moment. Even love songs, makes it feel like a three-way and i'm just not interested in that. Although if I was going to be listening to music while being intimate it would probably be something by Mort Garson or Chopin.
Death grips seems like a terrible choice to me. Why would you want to be distracted from the moment by something like that? I feel like the only reason to put on that sort of thing would be to distract from how poor the mood is. Like drowning a bad steak in sauce to make it edible.

It's why I said Mort Garson or Chopin, but even instrumental music can be distracting or in a lot of cases its just noise. Now putting on music just to have something in the background to remove the odd silence between intimate noises is understandable but in that case what does it matter what you put on?
