I've listened to most of their albums, but the mollusk is the only one that really stuck with me as a whole. Pure Guava, Quebec, Chocolate and Cheese, etc. all have a couple individual tracks on them that I like. But as a whole album their other stuff is just a bit to out there for me.

>Glad you're liking it. you can only do streaming?
Not strictly no. But the long and short of it is that if something isn't on spotify I can't listen to it along with my other music as I go about my day. I have to go out of my way to sit down and listen to it, and it's very rare that I ever have the time for that.

and then you realize it's been two decades. is capsule losing contact anywhere near as good as helvetia? i wonder if you would like the new year - snow. it's oddly well intended indie rock from 2017, but i havent heard all of it. i only know i like a couple sy-sounding bands after 2000, and that's about it. (it's my opinion bts foreshadowed everything that made indie rock terrible.) also, i wanted to ask you, have you seen this page about? rateyourmusic.com
Ayyyy la la layyyyyyyy
i've heard. it's good. ive heard all the folkways catalogue up to the 1970s. even the pete seeger and new lost city ramblers stuff lol. every single time i hear any folk compilation from mexico, it's always surprising how good they can be. this is a good knee tapper too. maybe youve heard rafael encarnation as well.
if you're looking for new duster material on that comp, you'll be disappointed. almost all of it is just remasters of their albums and some eps/demos. the remainder is on par i'd say
>like a couple sy-sounding bands after 200
same, and even those are hit and miss

I'm a big fan of Japanese music, but I have plenty more stuff that I listen to that I didn't care to throw onto a list at 3:00a.m.
You got some good ones, Coaltar of the Deepers - Yukari Telepath is a solid choice.
I'm liking that Aphex Twin and Blue Oyster Cult. Good choices.
Lots of really good ones on here, nice taste man.
Minecraft OST is genuinely patrician.
Illmatic, Ziggy Stardust, and Wish You Were Here are some of my favorites.
Foxing is something I haven't heard in forever. Lots of fun ones on here, good picks.
Rage Against the Machine and Tool - Aenima are great. 46 & 2 is one of my favorite tracks.
I like your taste, dude. Lots of those Japanese albums are really good. Several favorites as well, including Mouse on the Keys, My Dead Girlfriend, Kinoko Teikoku, and And So I Watch You From Afar.
