fun
>snapped ankles - stunning luxury
Been listening to some sweet 2000s indie nme core and classic singer/songwriters these days. I can't get the appeal of Sibylle Baier though. I can get how timeless it sounds but that's it for me.
don't be mean to the based topsters posters >:( I love your taste btw, you should definitely check Andrea - Outlines EP, Clams Casino and Mr. Oizo if you haven't already.
Post-Punk is one of my fav genres, but I can't really get into Pere Ubu :( I think you could use some El Guincho and Roy Wood.

sick chart big black kicks ass
is it just me or do you see similarities between wide awake! and entertainment
Im not that chart guy, but Slowdive album id go for first is Souvlaki, then Pygmalion and Just for a Day last. Cant imagine their 2017 album is any good, but haven't given it a shot yet.
thanks man the only shoegaze i listen to right now is mbv
ngl you should just stop there
mbv is the only band that isn't "shitty 90s pop rock with reverb" and even then they were shitty 90s pop rock with really good reverb

How’s the nas tape
8/10 in my opinion. There are a lot of creative story-telling songs on there that's been missing from his past decade and a half of work. It's weird, but I really like "Jarreau of Rap." I think there was one song on it that I might would skip if I listen again, but the rest is solid.
Best Genesis and Gentle Giant albums and a great (as always) King Crimson live, can't say bad things about Sanders' Karma too, but not huge on Archie Shepp
I should check out some of Return to Forever, would you rec this one over the others?
Man, that Wakin on a Pretty Daze album always tricks me into thinking it's going to be amazing, but most of the rest doesn't live up to it. Still, a cool laidback listen.
I appreciate The Fall, but honestly could never get into them
Thank You Scientist are great, like a if C&C were a "proper prog" band and more than just that, and "Terraformer" is their best yet.
