Had Kurt Cobain survived to present day, do you think he would have made some music with Josh Homme?
Josh went to Seattle some time after Kyuss ended for good and Kurt died, and he became friends with Dave Grohl and joined Screaming Trees soon after, had Kurt lived they would have surely met
Probably. Kurt was the early 90s equivalent of a soiboi beta male who hated manly men like Josh Homme.

I looked it up and it says he just didn't want Kyuss to produce their new album. Kurt just had his eyes set on Big Mac's Steve Albini to produce their album

Had Cobain not killed himself/been murdered he would have simply lost motor function and physically deteriorated within 5 years due to the sheer amount of heroin he slammed daily.

I don't know, Mark Lanegan did more heroin than Kurt and Layne together in the 90s and he is still alive releasing music

In interviews kurt said he was tired of being considered a "grunge rocker" and wanted to be taken more serious as a songwriter. He was going to work with micheal stipe on a project but nothing ever came up of it. he would have continued chasing his folk influences and have made surreal and fucked up acoustic folk and orchestral concept albums as a solo artist. There were already glimpses of strings and r.e.m esque arangements in In Utero (All Apologies, Dumb, etc.) He was already outgrowing the whole arena rock type of songwriting by the time he had died, so i doubt he wouldve hooked up with homme musically, but who knows.
