I’m not great at Spanish but it sounds like a generic club style song where they’re just talking about dancing and how great the music is. The chorus is roughly

As a native Spanish speaker, it's not easy. I can't understand at all.
Besides the chorus "ey, ey, que suene el cumbión, ey, ey, que suene el phonk" which is basically what said, he's talking about some typical rap stuff, like shootouts and fights (se arman las balaceras, se arman las putizas), saying his song is troubled (mi rola bien turbada) and a lot of words in the second verse i don't really understand
