It's okay, I put it on my 7 years old sister's phone a few days ago, becaushe she only was listening to some basic pop songs like D. Guetta or whatever, and I asked her if she wants something and she said hip-hop, and it was one of the few hip-hop albums I had besides Death Grips.
She doesn't speak English, but still got uncensored album cover... she likes it tho

It all depends on your taste dude, if you're pretentious is mbdtf, if you're optimistic it's graduation, and if you like actual hip-hop better than it's yeezus. MBDTF is objectively the only correct answer tho.

this is one of the few albums Yea Forums hypes to death that I can't get behind at all. I mean, there are some nice moments and the production is good but I can't understand how people can listen to "I sent this bitch a picture of my dick, I don't know what it is with females, but I'm not too good at that shit" in Kanye's singing voice and be moved by it. it's absolute cringe for me, along with many other lines in this album.

It's ironic obviously, but I think the production and the sound in general is what makes people like it.
I have to yet hear it on acid and see if it sounds extra crispy

I didn't word it right but I meant that he has improved since then and hasn't devolved, not necessarily that he's constantly improving.

I think his career is a bit like George Lucas's in the sense that it would be boring and stale if he kept putting out albums in the same vein as his "masterpieces" (original trilogy), now he's just experimenting (prequels) because he has enough money and doesn't have anything to lose, but not much to gain either.

It's a great album but I don't think it's better than Graduation. It's just an artsy version of Grad. I honestly think Watch the Throne and Cruel Summer is the best Kanye. Those aren't deep albums but he was in complete control of his art. He could go Grad or Dark Fantasy or trap on you, and was taking input from top producers but still staying involved.
