Nope. All good albums, all so overhyped that they'd need to cure cancer to be THAT good.

Anyone else love Pet Sounds but hates this post?

Only correct answer ITT

Loveless only has two great songs. They are sublime, but the album as a whole is not that good.

I'm just going to post this because, let's be honest, eventually every album on this chart is going to be posted on here by someone, wether you agree with them or not

Pet Sounds doesn't click with me. I've tried listening to it a few times over the years now and nope. Their vocals, the harmonies. Am i doing anything wrong?

You may not like it, and that's all, its subjective, in my case is better than anything the beatles ever did and one of the records that showed me a new way if music :)

I didn't like the Beach Boys until I watched Love & Mercy, not saying you should watch the movie but learning a bit of the background information on the band helps out a lot

Curious how you love Indiscret and not Kimono My House and Propaganda, but always like some respect for such a good band like sparks is. Also don't share that much interest for Paul Mcartney but yer for ma boy in pic related

Really good album, but i prefer DSOTM

I like George Harrison, but I don't know why people put him in the same league as Lennon and McCartney. All Things Must Pass is a great album, and his other stuff is ok, but nothing he's ever made has touched me in the way the John and Paul's works have.

I think I first listened to it AROUND 1974. About 8 years after its release. It was around then that it was just beginning to get the "classic" tag in America. (It was always beloved in the UK.)

It took me probably 4 plays to stop hating it, another 4 plays to like it, and another 4 to love it. Even saying all that, I love 3 or 4 other Beach Boys albums more.

The 1979 Harrison LP (in your pic) is one of his better works. Nice production.

This.
George, really good. John & Paul, God tier.

yes

ok but not great - overrated

GnR Appetite for Destruction
David Bowie Ziggy Stardust
Led Zeppellin 4

John Coltrane A Love Supreme

LZ4 is a good choice, you prick.
It isn't just all about Stairway.

Appetite For Destruction is the best hard rock album of all time, sorry.
