Is this fake? Kind of seems like he's not really singing live.
I think it switches into a different track as it goes on. You can hear him breathing at the start but when the backup stuff starts I think it changes.
How many drugs was he on?
This one is legit but doesn't have the intro: youtube.com
If anything it's more impressive.
6 to 27 depending on whether you count food as a drug or not.
I always felt like this take was inspired by the original version from some crappy 50's prison movie nobody saw which makes sense because Elvis was making a lot of crappy genre movies in the 50's and was probably aware of others.
Roy Orbison was always the better singer youtube.com

FAT.
UGLY.
DEAD.
It's gonna be really weird when boomers die and nobody remembers why Elvis was so popular
he was the OG wigger
Here's a refresher
Just a little information you may not be aware of.
Elvis was a world recognizable performer.
His Hawaii Benefit Concert in 1973 was broadcast to over 40 countries and the estimates of how many people viewed it is between 1 and 1.5 Billion. (that's more people than watched the first moon landing.)
I personally watched it and the build up to it was huge as far as anticipation from the promotional commercials that started airing weeks before it was broadcast.
>1973
>I personally watched it
No lie there. I was born in 1961
Cod liver oil and the orange juice by Hamish Imlach, this performance is brilliant.
Awesome, I didn’t even know Elvis played piano.
>Not liking Elvis

jean-luc's solo here is better than frank's imo
That's really interesting. It's incredible how such cultural milestones can be almost completely forgotten in less than 50 years.

Forge is a massive douchenugget though.

Doesn't get any more kino than this.
All hail The Prodigy, the best live band.
If you had the privilege to see them live you know what I'm talking about.
Saw them headlining Rockness in 2009, was definitely one to remember, although I got so high on pills I thought I was having a stroke at one point and had to sit out for ten minutes.
top kek, cheers bro
